Issue: Our Zync (Zeta Container Tag) service suffered a partial degradation in processing incoming events for approximately 75 minutes on the morning of 18th Nov 2024.

Impact: Globally, ~15% of Zync loads were impacted. This would have prevented customer events from being captured in the ZMP and DSP services, and on-site recommendations and lightboxes from loading.

Current Status: This issue was resolved at 11:25 AM PT on 18th Nov 2024 and currently stands resolved.
