The issue impacting access to the Zeta Marketing Platform web interface has been fully resolved. Users should now be able to access the interface without issues. Please note that this disruption was limited to the web interface only. All other services—including APIs, data imports and exports, reporting, and campaign execution—remained fully functional throughout the incident.

Our team identified the root cause and implemented a fix. We are closely monitoring system performance to ensure continued stability.
